Inside magma broils and burns
Outside rock and stone obscure
I am divided
Tumors of fear and doubt, anxiety, guilt, apology
Resisting the light of hope, courage, love, my immunity
I am confused
Darkness of temptation and cowardice, laziness and dismay
Clouding my thoughts, tricking my conscience, plaguing my brain
